Consumers’ Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following terms. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 48 hours of receiving the goods. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing via email to info@drinksoully.com.

1.2 Cancellation of subscriptions and other orders: If a customer has set up a subscription, it must be cancelled at least 5 calendar days before the next delivery. Cancellations of single orders are unfortunately not possible.

General Instructions

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

  2. Do not send goods back to us freight collect.

  3. Please note that points 1–2 above are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
