Shipping and Returns

Shipping Costs:
Switzerland: 10 CHF

Delivery Times:
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 1–5 days

Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient country.

Tracking:
As soon as we hand your package over to the shipping company, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information and tracking number.

Returns

We do not cover shipping costs for returns. The item must be returned to the address below within 30 days of receiving the package. Please write your order number on the outside of the package and ensure that the item is returned fully, in its original packaging, or sufficiently protected against transport damage.

Once we receive and check the return, we will refund the full purchase amount using the payment method you used. Refunds may take up to 4–7 business days after receipt of the returned item.
